Mr Bovornsakdi Krisadaphong had a degree in Architecture and Product Design. Prior to founding Flexiplan Design in 1982, Mr Krisadaphong had been a Design Center Manager at Berli Jucker (Thailand) for seven years. Mr Krisadaphong combined the marketing and management skills and knowledge in efficient production gained from Berli Jucker with his architectural and design skills in growing Flexiplan, and the company has developed substantially from the strong foundation. Mr Krisadaphong has led by example, highlighting the importance of ethical business models for the next generation of Flexiplan Design management. Mr Krisadophong’s current role is Senior Advisor to the management team.

Prior to joining Flexiplan in 1993, Mr Chaiyakul had had a career in Marketing, Sales and Finance at international firms. Mr Chiyakul was Mr Bovornsakdi Krisadaphong’s successor in his role as Managing Director. In 2006, Mr Chiyakul took the lead in transforming Flexiplan from a manufacturer to a successful project management firm. Mr. Chaiyakul’s vast experience in project management has contributed to forecasting risks often missed by stakeholders, resulting in timely and thorough advice for the clients. Also, Mr. Chiyakul’s background in finance and belief that clients are long-term partners have encouraged our clients invest in projects with Flexiplan with confidence.
Krerkwich Krisadaphong

Mr Krerkwich Krisadaphong graduated with degrees in business management and marketing, and has been part of Flexiplan since 2001. Mr. Krerkwich Krisadaphong’s role is in internal managment, human resources development and business development for prefabricated home and Baan Natura timber home range. The business development experience has led Mr Krerkwich Krisadaphong to study and adopt the art of Feng Shui in residential living . Mr Krerkwich Krisadaphong has published his study on the scientific basis of Feng Shui, and has used this knowledge in client services including project location and design as fitting to a particular project. Mr Krerkwich Krisadaphong strongly believes in ethics before progress, fair dealings with clients, end-to-end responsibility for the clients’ projects, and personal after-sales service.
