- The initial design servie is free of charge.
- Design is collaborative between the client and Flexiplan.
- The project is mainly office-based, with expert advice for space utilisation and workspace design for maximum efficiency.
- We offer complete service from design costing to project planning.
- We have the capacity to fit out the whole office space with in-house and/or imported furniture. We only recommend products of which quality we are confident of and are within the client’s budget.
- We also offer warranty and after-sales service to ensure complete monitoring of the clients’ projects.
2. Architects and Designers
- We have the capacity to make funiture to order so that the products match the designer’s ideas.
- Being a design company ourselves, we speak the same language as the architects and designers and we get what they want.
- We facilitate the designer’s tasks and free up the designer’s time by developing the product details, manufacturing and sourcing furniture.
3. Developers
- We consider ourselves a partner in the client’s investment projects. We do not see ourselves as merely a product provider, but an associate in project development with the shared goal of supplying the buyer’s demands with competitively-priced products and services, and achieving success in the projects.
- We aim to work hand in hand with the client and all stakeholders to resolve issues. Our ultimate objective is to execute with quality and within the agreed timeframe.
- Honesty is our policy. We provide accurate information and do not overpromise. We will not hinder our clients with tardiness.
- We have flexible manufacturing capacity. We can adjust to suit the client’s construction plans and real-time hurdles to ensure smooth project management.
- We have standard products for retail sales, and we manufacture to order.
- We have the capacity to co-develop a product and offer various marketing tools. One of our strengths is the flexibility in manufacturing a small volume of products within an appropriate timeframe, lessening the burden of stocking a large amount of goods from the client’s end.
